All products located on the shop page at beherostrong.org are made-to-order and, therefore, are not exchangeable or refundable.

 

If for any reason you need to alter or cancel your order, you must let us know within 24 hours by emailing info@beherostrong.org and we will do our best to alter or cancel before the pending charge is finalized. We cannot, however, guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any order adjustment or cancellation request, so please carefully review your cart prior to submitting.

 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your order, please let us know by emailing us at info@beherostrong.org and help us in our mission by donating or gifting the item to a family member or friend as we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges at this time. If the item arrives damaged, please choose to recycle it and place a new order. All proceeds go to support beherostrong.org and our aim in spreading hope and awareness for suicide prevention.
